3. We start the work on your website right away, keeping you updated every step of the way.

4. Once we have completed the work on your website, we let you decide whether you're happy with it, by contacting you to book a follow-up consultation.

5. Depending on your contract and whether you're are happy with it, we pass all the login details back to you so you can continue managing the site yourself.
