All web-design plans require a £50 deposit prior to starting and become completely non-refundable after 14 days from receiving the deposit.
Services are complete once the website has been finished and the customer is happy with it.
Upon completion of the services, the working contract ends and the complete website, domain, email and hosting package becomes the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise agreed).
